Fully unsupportive staff , cleaning is zero.. all the entire room Insect was travelling. While complaining they say Jo karna hai Karo 600 yehi room milega . Very terrible stay. MMT Should cancel of this hotel booking. Owner came and check hotel and said it's normal u should adjust

As a hotelier, I am truly disappointed to read your review. We have hosted over 3,000 guests, and we always strive to provide the best service possible within a budget-friendly range. Unfortunately, your experience seems to be an exception. Upon your arrival, you requested a room upgrade without any additional charges, and we gladly accommodated your request as a gesture of goodwill. Later, around 10 PM, you informed us about the presence of insects in the room. We had already advised you not to keep the windows open for long periods, especially during the rainy season, as it can allow insects to enter from outside. Despite this, we tried our best to address your concerns immediately. We are always open to genuine feedback, but we strongly discourage threats of negative reviews to demand further concessions. This hotel is located near to the railway station but quite far from the market as well tourist spots. Again there is no restaurant or any other shop nearby. It is just beside the national highway. But the hotel as well the staff is good.

According room charges per night the hotel room was not clean at all. Bathroom was very dirty. Bed, pillows all dirty. Overall we had a horrible experience.
