Just an average hotel. Beware of the room guy on the ground floor for frequent disturbance causing by intruding the room.

location wise easy to reach from the bus stand or railway station of coochbehar,rooms are spacious,food quality is very good.WIFI facility also available.

Overall not good feeling. 1. Room service will get inside the room without knocking. 2. Pillows feels like made of multiple small stones. 3. Bed cushion will complement pillows. 4. No exhaust fan on toilet,very low light. Feels bad when you provided auch room 5. No electric kettle, no tea pouch, one glass tumbler was there with broken edges. 6. Room service staffs ware so rude, by force they will spray room freshner. After that they will tell you,'jake bolar bolun' 'jisko bolna hain bolo'.

It was a very pleasant stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable at affordable price.

I have stayed at ac double room room rent not as per there property foul smell dirty bathroom even insects lots of things round of my bed. Plz be careful while investing your money

Everything is good but need to improve the clean bathroom and room

Very bad room quality, food quality in this hotel. Provided very thin blanket in very cold weather. Not even provided complementary water. Not want to provide gst invoice for lodging. After continuous arguments provide temporary gst invoice where nothing mentioned and gst code and rate also differ.

Tv wasn't working there. And room was smaller than the actual image shown.

Old and dirty rooms. Bad condition linen lots of mosquitos dirty surrounding and no covered parking. Someone hit my car and put a dent
