no lift,no water.no towel.no water in the bathroom. no receptionist available most of the time.

the lock of bathroom was broken. The room was dirty. the included breakfast was bought from a food truck outside the hotel.

Very poor facility in hotel, no drinking water, no towel, bad condition of toilet, broken basin, broken toilet seat, no any room facilities provided other than bed, poor condition of doors, very bad experience

Not a good experience, although staff was very good but location of hotel not great. They have charged for breakfast also but there is no kitchen or any food facility in hotel.

Rooms were not cleaned and bed covers not changed also there is so much disturbance out of the room, food was not at all good

The accommodations were found to be lacking in several key areas, including the absence of water, cleanliness, parking, and a functional remote control for the air conditioning unit. Furthermore, the level of support provided was deemed inadequate. Consequently, the decision was made to vacate the two rooms within an hour of arrival. Subsequently, an alternative apartment was secured within a close proximity of 100 meters at 10 pm the same night.

Very poor management of the property, when you post a property on your portal, that shows you vouch them for their entire hospitality, their property and amenities. You should think twice before vouching anyone anymore. You're literally disguising people by showcasing them as a best hotel.

no room service person doesn't know english no water in tap no iron value for money is none no one to attend calls

In spite of booking a month earlier, i was denied check in stating rooms sold out. It took 3 hours and an additional 5 kms of cab ride for makemytrip to give me an alternate booking. Worst experience ever,

Worst harassment to guest we paid for hotel still guest was forced to pay double payment and now hotel not providing bill for refund from mmt nor mmt supporting

Good service and best and clean rooms food service is also good enough best.

I have explicitly added breakfast but was denied by hotel. They said breakfast can't be included in this price

Royal blue meridien inn, bangalore, they didn't allow me to check in. Simply they said the room is not available for you. I made booking and payment too. But i don't know how they said like that. I was standing in the road outside at 2 pm It's a really terrible experience. Usually i prefer for my bookings but this time this hotel gave me very terrible experience.

Lift facility and east location access would have made it better. Good points are hospitality and facilities like air conditioner, hot water supply

Manager mr vyankatesh is a very humble and cooperative person. But some basic facilities were missing( for first 2 days, like clean bedsheets, towels, extra bed for which we paid. Later on mr vyankatesh arranged for these.

He took money in cash and not provided me invoice till date. He is giving reasons daily, still i have not received gst invoice.

The room is good and spacious. But the washroom taps are worse. All taps have have one common connection. If we turn on that then all taps open, but they can’t be closed manually. The main connection/tap has to be closed. That’s the only way. No proper wifi connection
