They included food while booking, but didn't provide anything; even for room service, no one has come.

Very terrible room, bathroom was awkward. couldn't sleep properly. highly recommend not to opt this hotel

Worst experience ever. Denied check in from make my trip. Asked for extra money. The receptionist was rude and spoke vulgar. Rooms are visible with cockroaches everywhere and smelly bathroom

Property's location was found using Makemy trip app, booking procedure is not difficult. But I didn't receive complimentary breakfast as you mentioned, they demanded money for that which is pretty bad and against your policy. Washroom is not upto mark and poor hygiene of the room. totally not worth for money.

rooms were not as clean as shown in pics . had booked the hotel with breakfast option but the hotel denied breakfast as they told they have stopped breakfast option . that was a very bad turn off . no communication with the hotel and MakeMyTrip . very disappointing . there were small cockroacha roaming in the room . the only plus point is the point as it 100 MTRS away from the metro station

Waste of money, they won't give drinking water.. Tv is not working just they have TV for pictures. WiFi they won't share if you ask they will say that it needs to be switched on and they won't do anything for the customers and finally while checking out they will get your mobile and put ratings on their own.. It's such worst behaviour and don't book such a hotel

The location and service was good. The room was a little dirty but adjustable, 24 hrs hot water and it was decent for a solo travelly

Management behaviour was very rude, he asked to show the transaction details even though after showing the booking voucher, he asked to leave the property and I struggled to manage.
