Excellent Sta
I stayed in castle brook tiruvalla for 5 days , but in my entire life I stayed in so many hotels right from the 5 star category to small hotel in various part of country right from Assam to trivendrum to Amritsar and also travelled apporx 30 country but I never saw such a great hospitality ,all staff from ground level to top level are very cooperative ,very helpfull ,ground staff mr Febin , madam Daisy madam , Mr Akkash and receiption officer Mr Mathew ,Mr Thomas and Mr Jyrom all supported beyond expectations and we feel totally home atomsphere, there all behaviour is beyond our expectations , thanks to all staff members
