Great location!, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

They charge you extra as an additional service charge if you make any payment using credit, otherwise the room was good, the toilet were clean, food was fantastic

House keeping service is extraordinary, especially by mr shivakumar. Pl ensure to keep a bathing stool or chair in the bath room for senior citizens. It seems hot beverages prices are much higher than the normal rates. Try to reduce the cost.

Completely disappointed

The hotel is located outskirts of Karaikal which close to 6 kms from the centre of the city. We have booked superior rooms, of course the room is spacious and dazzling. But the complimentary breakfast is terrible, indeed they repeated the same menu in out four days without even changing the ingredients. Another flaw is the housekeeping, wherein, you have to beg the front office assistant to send the person for cleaning, but the sad part is despite begging multiple times, the person will arrive your room on time. They just have 1 iron box in the complete property that too you will not get it when needed. My vacation has been screwed up in RK resorts due to their outstanding hospitality.

The rooms were good, but the stay was not. It was not mentioned that the restaurant was not functional. We arrived late in the evening assuming dinner would be available, but only after checking in, they mentioned that we would have to make arrangements. For the breakfast, they managed to serve us from a make shift kitchen. There was no tea or coffee sachets to make beverages in the room, despite a kettle being there. I wonder what we would do with just a kettle. They refused to even give cups to drink up the hot water. After a couple of requests they gave us one glass.!
