Actually it was very worst experience in make my trip booking
Actually it was very worst experience in make my trip. I have booked hotel on evening. I did payment also. But i have reached hotel in the night 10:30. No one was there caretakers. They were not responding to calls also. Finally called with another guest phone they have responded. But they said there is no room. Already all rooms were full. But when i have booked it there was no notification. At that late night am female how to do what to do. It was very difficult to me to find another in that night. It was very worst experience. Am regular customer to book hotels and tickets in make my trip. Now onward s i will never book anything and i don't suggest to anyone also for make my trip. Must you guys should be aware about availability of rooms before taking payment.
