untidy, very poor service. Swimming pool water was not good for the bath and the AC was not clean, AC was not working

Poor Stay
Room was booked for Supper Deluxe but normal room has been given as booked . Room quality is very bad. I dont recommend this hotel and also don't book a hotel . Booked a super deluxe room with sea view but given a ground floor room. Room quality is also not good. Room service is bad. A complimentary breakfast has only 3 items. The swimming pool is very small.

A fairly Satisfactory experience with lot of things to highlight abou
The hotel was really good..and the location was spot on..Our Room was also close to the swimming pool view which was very close to the sea beach. However there were several concerns regarding the room that we got, The ac remote was not working even after it was reported, also the fan was not working properly. We opted for super deluxe rooms still this was the pathetic condition. Secondly it was written in MakeMyTrip that we will be receiving welcome drinks which they didn't gave. Thirdly, the most disgusting thing was the behaviour of the person who recieved the calls before our travel to the resort. He was very rude..totally unprofessional and disrespectful and also he cut the call multiple times in the middle of conversation. All this issues were highlighted to the resort authorities before we left. The food was really good and tasty though . But their food menu is very limited and the most important thing is there is no thali system available which is mostly common in all mandarmani resorts. Another thing is the music system near the swimming pool is pretty loud and irritating...it is written that it runs daily on a specific time basis...although practically the timelines were not followed.

Resort can be booked solely for its amazing location. Cottage bathroom should be renovated. Otherwise good resort to stay

Excellent Property deployed with Worst Manager & worst maintenance
The property has been excellent. The staff who were responsible for restaurant & room service were also polite & decent. But Manash Guha who claims himself to the Manager doesn't fit to for hospitality sector. He have no idea of how online booking take place. He is into enquiring the amount at which the room has been booked . He is completely unaware of MyBiz portal. His behavior is the main concern. He wishes to book through calling him personally. Since my booking was through "online" he swapped my room of executive with an ordinary room. 1. Intercom was not working 2. Door was getting lock through card punching 3. WIFI never worked. TV was also not functioning. 4. AC connection was purpose cut off which was later reinstalled 5. bathroom was of smaller dimension 6. No Sea facing view. It was actually swapped with the customer who booked my by calling into managers no directly. 7. Harashment for showing payment proof of booking in My Biz portal. When objected it was commented " I am bluffing " & " making excuses of not making payment "

Ajay had been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay.... rooms are comfortable and poolside as well as seaside seating is very 👍. Manager was very supportive.... worth a visit
