Hotel room was well cleaned and it was good stay food was good washroom was clean and fully sanitized

Loud music played in the hotel till 2 am in the morning. Hotel staff is well behaved. Manager is arrogant.

Excellent rooms. Clean rooms. Limited choices in breakfast. Restaurant staff and food quality was average.

With cloud booking, you will get smallest room in hotel. Dont have space to even walk also. If you have done booking with hotel cloud, then better ignore it.

Stay was pleasant, food was really good. But the only thing which went pathetic was if we asked for extra tea cups they said its a rule not to give more than 2 tea cups in a room and in the end the breakfast which was included in the itinerary was being charged and they took money for it !

Bathroom and wc is not cleaned properly. Stains are there at wc. Odd smell in the washroom. In summer small frizz is very much required.

Need to improve customer service and support

Was a decent stay. Property is good l, however little away from the centre of the city. Not much breakfast options.

There's a lack of sense of hospitality. We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults last moment my 8 yrs old son also joined us, for him they charged rs 500 extra at the property. Globally child below 9 is acceptable with parents. Very limited options in menu nothing great, breakfast has just 4 options. They don't serve non vegetarian food. Rooms are good and well equipped but very small. Bed is very comfortable. Had to call 3 times for a person who could start the tv. Food is just ok.

my guest was hungry n angry at late night when we have the dishes away but the bread order was not available. We had ordered butter naan along with chapati but butter naan was not available. Have raised the concern to the manager executed at night but was shocked when in the morning they have charged such an amount in the bill. They have given me support after taking the money. Twice charged for a salad with same invoice hand over twice.Poor services. Have raised for water bottle in morning with breakfast but same was not provided. Such big incident happen at night but no one from hotel appologise for the same. Poor hospitality.

Food quality is good, have to stay on 24th n 25th march. On 25th march have ordered for butter naan n chapati but butter naan was not served in dinner. 3 of my guest were hungry at later hours as we have dishes but do not have bread in dinner. Concern raised to manager available at night but surprised in the morning when they have charged the same in the bill as well. Salad charged twice which was served only once.

Only 4 item in breakfast, no non veg item in list service is very slow it's good place for stay who are vegetarian
