The hotel rooms need to be upgraded.. food quality and quantity is good.. they have their own sweet shop.

Terrible and worst experience. Room were cleaned but the staff have different attitude. They are not interested to entertain customer. Breaks-fast which was provided very late and they denied for everything written in brekfast. In last which food they have provided seems 2 days old cooked. Totally bad worst experience.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. They have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. Only reason to book is its proximity bus station. Otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is worst. No there food

It was my business trip. What's good: i found the property in the heart of the city. House keeping was done property. Linens were cleaned. Supportive front desk staff, sufficient parking lots for the cars. However the owner has tried to maintain the property. What was not good: rooms were a little smaller but the bathroom was small and the placement of the toilet seat was at just infront of the toilets gate entry. The quality of food was home style. However they can improve the variety of breakfast options. The point of concern was, the entry of the hotel. It is being closed by shutter down in the night. In case of any emergency i found it so dangerous

Service is not up to the marks. Room was not properly cleaned. Bath towels was dirty. No dustbin was placed in bathroom neither in rooms.

Hotel location and other facilities are good but hotel staff is rude, when I proceed for the booking there is no term & condition that unmarried couples are not allowed in hotel. Hotel staff refused to a lot me room there by saying refer to Goibibo term & condition. Why should I refer goibib term & condition when I am booking through MMT, this is really a bad experience. MMT team please do a check for this concern I have nver faced in any hotel expect MMT. After submitting them my wedding card and other detail they allowed us there.
