One of the worst hotels in Sangrur. No courtesy, NO hospitality. Very rude people. Ugly toilets, foul smell in the rooms, No toiletries. Totally HORRIBLE. Please avoid booking this property

it was horrible because I was taken with meal dinner and breakfast but they have selected things and only one time

There was No intercom , No bedside socket , No AC supply , No tabel and chair and totally a third class room they allotted to me

Their food is quite affordable and one can plan a stay for comfort and easy access to the services.

Actually the hotel was really not upto the word i got a cheap and small room which totally didn't justified the price tag and even the doors and lights were not maintained properly the knobs were loose and in general i'd say the experience was bad i'd give it a 2 out of 10 experience please look forward into this

I had booked a deluxe room but it did not feel like a deluxe room, the food was also not that good, tv and land were also not working, the furniture is quite old

Its was a great experience. M visit so many times. Staff was so cool and helpful this us my favorite palace

All things are good room, breakfast, dinner, all are very good but for couple they want extra 1000 rupees, means extra price

It's average as i have booked 1 room which includes breakfast and dinner for 2 days but in dinner food is fixed that is thali which includes dal mix veg a d roti and second day it's also the same. I have asked to change but they are very rigid.

In city like sangrur this is the best hotel nearby bus stand. Food was good and service was also nice. Hotel is located within 1 km from the bus stand.
