Very bad management in room. No tv working, no geyser in working condition. No electric kettle. No foot wear. Very late response by hotel staff

Had excellent experience in our two day stay. Room, ambiance, food, parking and location all were perfect. Keep it up. Maintain the standards.

Property was closed i was trying to call the reception no body picked the call there is no mean to prebook for this kind of property. Also mm t doesn't provide any number so that user can connect with the mm t team already shared my experience to mm t team even he was agreed with my challenge and he also don't want to booking with mm t platform if such kind of facing issue
