ahmm.. good hotel

the hotel was too good but this hotel dont give me hairdryer but his mentioned there in amenities.and suddenly i want to watch tv but in the room dont have any remote . when i ask to staff they dont give me response. and say i dont know but as well good and clean rooms. i appriciate the room cleaning staff. . thank you
