The services were good, but we found the place very isolated, and since there were not many other guests, it was hard to see how the place functions. It is very far from jodhpur so certainly not an option for anyone who has business in jodhpur. And otherwise apart from a useless desert safari or a visit to yet another over-hyped temple, there is not much to do there. The property is well maintained but at their fancy rates, it has to be. It has no internet, the tents are not extremely comfortable and although we were given the option of being upgraded to a cottage, we turned it down since the cottages do not have a door separating the toilet from the room.

very nice property, very courteous staff... the only negative is, there is no provision for food on order. you have to compulsarily opt for buffet lunch and dinner... other than this, overall a fantastic and unique experience 👌

We were the only residents in the standard tent and felt a bit unsafe. Further dogs were roaming Around the tent throughout night and got inside twice. But it might be an experience for others.

It was a family trip. The property was good and the facilities were great. I liked the rooms, it was comfortable. I had food during my stay and it was good. They need to work on the variety of the food. Overall this is a value for money property.

I had booked the standard tent here through online mode. Things here are little expensive than others. But the tents are awesome and self sufficient. They arrange for camel and jeep rides to the sand dunes and has some great food. We had paneer butter masala and stuffed tomato for dinner and it was very tasty. It has standard and deluxe tents and has its own swimming pool. The caretaker Manvinder Singh (popularly known as MIK) stays at this property, who is very helpful and also guided us to plan for the rest of our tour even in Jodhpur. He does come and checks if things are fine with the guests. Other staff, security people and cleaners are all very polite and provide good service with a smile on their face. We were welcomed with a ride in camel cart and luggage was in our tent, far ahead of we reaching there.

I must say that Reggies is a great Weekend destination. This gives feel good factor with Camel ride and other amazing amenities. Staff is very courteous. Food is awesome. Best is the hill top open swimming pool giving view of entire Town of Osian and also sand dunes. Overall a great place to stay.

Biggest pointer was that I was being reminded that I have booked through MakeMyTrip. This set me wondering. Realized that this package excluded lunch and dinner. Which u are going to have at property only as it is the only best option Swimming pool could not be used as it was not temperature controlled. Else it would have been great fun. I feel make my trip should also include packages beyond stay and breakfast. Service great as expected in Rajasthan.
