Check in experience is very poor. We have to wait for 3-4 hours to get the room key. Just because the negligence of reception and cleaning staff. Even they dont have a manner to speak and continuously covering their faults.

Location : 5/5 very nice centrally located Food : 4/5 Good Food in reasonable price Amenities : 3/5 : Pool is not so clean, pool side bench not clean, no washroom near pool, people need to go to their room for change from pool, Room was below avg, flooring was damage, flush tank was not properly working, towels are not so clean, shower was not working, cover of bathroom ceiling light and above bed was coming out...u can refer the pics. Service : 3/5 Though staff was polite and helpful so 5/5 fir them but they were taking so much time to react on the call. Big Issue : They don't have parking space so you need to park your car outside hotel. Their neighbours has removed the air of my car tyre

Pros: great location, accessible to all nearby touristy spots. Parking available. Cons: property is a bit rusty and old now. Pigeons are such a menace near the pool area and you can’t sit outside in that area because of them. Rooms lack amenities like a soap bar, but otherwise half decent. Service is good. Breakfast has limited buffet spread but decent. Overall it was an average stay..
