best place to stay in with family .food was excellent . indoor property clean and green atmosphere fresh air

The property is spread over acres of land with flora and fauna. We have spotted many peacocks inside the property giving a royal feeling. They also provide a buggy ride. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. Pawan ji has guided us and helped us in every possible way which made our stay in this property a memorable one.

Huge resort but swimming pool was not operational.......

We stayed at regal suit . It was fantastic experience. The property is well maintained and gives a real heritage palace vibes . The bbq dinner was a 10/10 .

We need full refund from hotel because it was not comfortable no staff was listening to the problem the sound music problem from wedding.

Its a great place for a perfect stay. The gardens where you can spot parrots peacocks bats and many more birds is the ultimate way to connect with nature. Also the property is so big and the best part is the lake which is so huge you just dont wanna leave the sight of. Dont miss the sunset at the lake that will make your stay the best.

Beautiful property and i am so glad that at least some heritage property is giving a guided tour of the place otherwise lots remain unexplored.

The property is one of the best. Excellent hospitality and very nice buffet. Morning starts with visual treat when so many peacocks, parrots and so many birds starts chirping. There are so many horses in the resorts and you can avail horse rides and jeep tour of property.

Awesome is the word that describes this property, its location and service. A 5 star treatment overall. The whole staff is so nice and welcoming! they helped us check in way early. The outside garden setting for dinner was so good. Dedicated staff made sure there is a personal bonfire at each table and is made just right with no snake enough heat to make outside sitting in chilly night comfortable. Food and drinks were good too. The overall property is so beautiful with the palace and lake balsamand adding to the grandeur of it. The swimming pool area is surreal surrounded with greenery trees. So many birds to see and hear for the first time including parrots, sparrows, pegions, owls and bats too. All playing together along with squirrels. It’s staying so close to nature in perfect luxury! keep it up welcomheritage bal samand team! highly recommended to all!

Staff is exceptional and always willing to help. Our stay at balsam-and palace was comfortable and kids loved the horses and stable.

This is a palace converted to a hotel. The surrounds are nice. Lots of birds and some horses. As is the restaurant. Problem is that the management needs to get their act together regarding maintenance. The initial room we were in tripped repeatedly. After some trips by the electrician and a few phone calls to the reception we were allowed to change rooms. The next problem was that the room had not been cleaned properly since the last vacate. The poor room service boy tried his best to get the room ready but it is two person job and he didn’t even have enough linens. The rooms are also rather dusty and the toilet of the second room sort of threatens to overflow. I am still giving this property a score of 4 because of the beautiful walks and fantastic behaviour of restaurant and hotel staff.

Right from check-in to check-out, it was well sorted. Many thanks to the lady who helped us check-in despite being quite early and in the peak of the season. The person who took us to the room and showed the property around was so helpful. Our gratitudes to him. Finally, the gardner team delighted us with great vegetable farm.

This place is a beautiful heritage property, which used to be the monsoon palace of marwars royal family. It's a sprawling property with huge gardens and a picturesque lake. I would call it a hidden gem. The only issue is the lighting in the rooms and sanitary fittings which are outdated. Amazing and courteous staff. Good food. Overall worth it!

Great property, big royal spacious rooms. Good sightseeing options around the lake, lots of birds, peacocks and other animals. Very courteous staff and excellent service. Breakfast restaurant is nice and they have outdoor dinner restaurant as well.
