1)service staff are using dirty cloth. 2) there is only one chair available in room minimum two chair required. 3) table is very dirty and small. 4) entrance area not maintained well including furniture.

I have already explained along-with photographs. It's a lodge/ dharamshala and should not be kept in the category of hotels. Rooms are small and four walls nothing else except an old bed & a bulb/ tubelight. No chair, no cattle, no water bottle etc. Bathrooms are small and no sanitary fittings are working properly. The health faucet and shower are not working. There's no latch lock in rooms or bathrooms, simple aluminium l drop or tower bolt and harrison lock provided. Complementary breakfast or food is with very limited options like in breakfast you will get poha and pratha nothing else.

Worst hotel in my entire life it’s not more than 1 star hotel bed sheets are dirty with spots, bad smell, cockroach are there in the room , they shifted room also but same issues with another room, food was ok ok not to much good as compare to rates
