At the time check in the frontdesk manager did not greeted or welcomed or smiled at all. During bonfire at night, staff did not put additional fuel for our bonfire, even upon asking. He started arguing and spoiled the mood. He was rude. At night later i asked night shift boy for 2 extra towels, for which he repeatedly asked for tips and also mentioned rs 50 tip. After check out, while leaving the premises, the gatekeeper appointed outside, strongly asked for tips. Looks like the staff needs to be trained properly.
