The Jewel Palace is a beautiful old Haveli with a great, traditional atmosphere. However, the service must be improved, and the food quality should be better with a unique Jain flavor. The location is difficult to reach, as the connecting road is extremely narrow. Adding a welcome drink and traditional music would make the overall good experience.

As we went to our room, I was not comfortable with the lock and felt uneasy. The staff quickly changed our room to a better one to ensure we were feeling safe. The staff was there to ensure that our stay was wonderful and they were really helpful. Fully recommend this place though the stairs are one tricky business for an elderly person. The food was great and freshly made. You also get the authentic blue city experience when you stay here.

Cleanliness is not that much good

Host is very helpful. He guided us for extremely tasty food joints and explained also nicely. Hotel is also very nice and well decorated. We got Jodhpur vibes staying there. I will recommend this to everyone for staycation in jodhpur. location is also good for tourists. Thanks to Kartik for all the hospitality. Love to stay again there wherever I will visit Jodhpur

I only stay for one night but it was amazing. At first I thought i made mistake because of the narrow road in blue city but as soon as i reach haveli knew i make the right decision by staying here. Staying in Haveli give unique experience, The view from the top is mesmerising and food was amazing i had breakfast and it was so good. Owner and caretaker were also responsive and good.

For a single bedroom we got a view of the fort food was not that good but the rooms were really nice

Approach and ambiance is not at par as give. Rooms are not good, basic eminities were not there. Approaching the hotel was difficult, the rooms were not good, and there were no basic amenities there, in room no towel and soap was there

I had 3 night stay at this place. The room which i booked was actually not the same. No where it was mentioned that washroom will be outside room. The pictures of balcony were actually of rooftop cafe. I had to pay extra and get the room changed. The staff was cooperative but the information which is provided on mm t is actually not correct about stay! this place is in proper city, very narrow lane, too many dogs outside and very difficult steps to climb the room.

This place is in old jodhpur. Difficult to track. You cannot travel by car to reach this place. It has good connectivity to all sightseeing destinations. Overall stay is average. Clean - 3/5, food - 3/5

The rooms are very small and the service is not at all good. We need to ask for everything like drinking water, food menu etc.

Location wise not recommended for anyone because it’s very close street. They are not providing water for stay it’s chargeable. Staff behavior is good, amenities is chargeable.

The rooms were ok. But however the location was not good. Even-though there was a rooftop view of the fort and parts of blue, the accessibility was extremely hard. So it was hard for us to find vehicles to reach here at night. In terms of the castle view room, the view was great but however it only had sheer white curtains, so mornings were like sun rising onto your face, hence interrupting our sleep around 6:30 in the morning. Since the accessibility from this hotel is hard, we were helpless but to have food from the restaurant here. The food was also not upto tge mark
