Magan Niwas Jodhpur

U came back to Jodhpur after almost 19–20 years, and this trip turned out to be truly special, mainly because of my stay at Magan Niwas. I booked it through MakeMyTrip, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The first thing that stands out is their hospitality. The Owner family, who owns and manages Magan Niwas, took care of us with so much warmth and kindness that it genuinely felt like staying with family. They were always attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable in every possible way. The rooms carried a beautiful traditional Rajasthani touch, perfectly balanced with comfort and calmness. The small cozy garden added such a peaceful vibe,ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. And the food deserves a special mention! It was truly some of the best I’ve had, authentic North Indian flavors, served fresh and with love. Even the chai was amazing! I stayed here for about four to five days, and every moment was delightful. The warmth of the family made my Jodhpur trip even more memorable. I’d highly recommend Magan Niwas to anyone who wants a homely, cozy, and heartwarming stay right in the middle of Jodhpur.

Hotels room like heritage look and bathroom door is very jammed.

It was an excellent stay in Magan Nivas, Jodhpur. The host , Mr. Vikram Singh ji was very helpful, overall the stay was beautiful. I will definitely recommend this homestay to my family and friends.

The place was not very clean. They didn't clean the room and next day and also didn't provide us with duvets and bedsheets saying those are given for wash.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful guest house and i must say, the experience was amazing. The place itself has such a soothing vibe that it instantly makes you feel relaxed and at peace. The surroundings are serene and the ambiance is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. What truly sets this guest house apart is the incredible hospitality of the people there. From the moment we arrived, felt right at home. Uncle and aunt y went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met and their warmth and friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such genuine care and attention and it truly made a lasting impression on us. I can't help but mention how much i miss noddy. His presence added a special touch to the whole experience and it's something i will always cherish. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home with exceptional hospitality and a soothing atmosphere, this guest house is the perfect choice.

Bathroom is not attached in room & no air conditioner,no televisions in room. No vaitor and restaurant in hotel

Hospitality of the host & their family along with services/arrangements, food everything seemed perfect from tip to toe!

PROS The owners are cooperative and helpful and good-natured . The home cooked food is great. CONS They're, however, deceptive as well. An ordinary guesthouse is marketed as exquisite homestay, and this is incorrect. It's located in a crowded residential locality with a cramped and dirty road. The only thing great is the courtyard with green turf. The Washroom doesn't have a handle from inside. The toiletries are only liquid soap, and everything else is not provided, which even a guesthouse will provide, namely, shampoo, moisturizer, oil, dental kits etc etc. The TV further doesn't offer even free channels. the ceiling showers fine dust, and if you're allergic, then avoid such property. Although owners tried to fix this during our stay. The owner family shows familiar helpfulness and this is clouding my unbiased opinion on this property. Please don't ask them for favors even if you're enamored by their great nature as you'll be fleeced and you'll end up buying something costing Rs 100 for something like Rs 400. We made the mistake.

The hotel was clean, stylish, and roomy, with a great location and friendly staff. The food was good and the service was attentive and efficient.

It was a lovely experience staying at Magan Niwas. Uncle, aunty and their entire family was certainly the best host I have come across. If you are looking out for a homely environment and food, please book your stays over here. I also recommend the Magan niwas special smoky mutton made by aunty. The taste is to die for. I would surely book my stay again in near future.
