Stayed 2 nights, staff is very courteous and very kind. Food is excellent and guided very well to order apt as the portion size is big. Breakfast can be improved.

The stay and food were good overall. The ambience, especially in the external areas, was quite nice. However, the toilet had a poor exhaust system and the bathroom floors were slippery, especially with the white slippers provided. , despite being informed earlier, and didn’t offer any options or flexibility. Additionally, certain areas could use jalis to prevent pigeons. Overall, the stay was average, but the food was definitely good.

Poor location. Doesn't live upto the Welcom standards. Spoke to, their GM and offered constructive feedbacks and yet the following day when we were checking out, there were billing errors and when pointed out the fringe office gent Jai Kishan wasn't helpful. Calls to Hemant their Transport manager went unanswered. Praveen, their manager who was our initial contact had assured us of complimentary pick up and drop off to and from the airport. We were using their car service and their drivers insisted on taking us to shops where If we booked a car say for 4 hours starting from 1pm, the car or the driver was always late and if it went a few minutes over 4 hours, we were charged for the whole day! Finally, a driver who dropped us at the airport refused to assist us with the luggage at the airport and sped off without even a cursory goodbye! Thus overall a very poor experience! Suggest you try Hari Mahal or even a lesser chain. This hotel doesn't care much for their guests.

The property was good but we had a bitter experience as our money was stolen from the locker. We had put a code but still our money was stolen

It was a great experience to stay there. And even staff is very helpful and always smiles and greets you. Big property too many amenities for staycation too. Great stay with great people.

A stay to remember at this WelcomHotel by ITC . Even though it was only one day I stayed here, I have good memories I carried because of the hospitality of WelcomHotel at Jodhpur. It’s a huge property in jodhpur outskirts around 10 acres of sprawling space and gardens - ideal for destination weddings. The rooms are spacious and the staff is courteous. I had a surprise cake for my elder ones birthday which my family enjoyed a lot. Restaurant is also big and good. They will personalise each and every item on the menu and make the guests happy. I am very particular in my mocktails and the bartender was amazing in perfectly blending what I wanted.

We liked the well maintained lush greenery and spacious infrastructure.The support staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is a bit out of the main city but the other aspects are worth choosing this option.

Lifeguard was not available at swimming pool( we went for swimming at 08:00 AM).Towels were not available nearby swimming pool. Room bathtub hand shower was not working, bathtub was not holding water. Though they were resolved afterwards. But , being a 5 star hotel these issues should not have occurred.Fruit basket was not available in room,which is normally provided by other 5 star hotels.

this property is best for family as they are very good at service amenities and main thing is there food. what a tastiest food i had. and pool was like cherry on the cake

The location is serene and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. However, the gym felt quite small, rooms and corridors were dimly lit, and overall the vibe came across as a bit dull despite the elegant design. A good stay for those seeking calm, but not the most vibrant experience.
