familyThis was my fourth stay at the mpeg club regenta. The quality has gone down a bit. Not enough staff available. My locker in the room was not working for which i requested twice, but nobody turned up. I never got hot water during my stay. Tap water had very low flow. Size of the room that was given to us was small we were not given finger bowl after our meal as staff was not available to provide it i have to mention good things also. Food was nice. We were provided packed breakfast as we left early in the morning.

Didn't match the services as per pricing. View is good, location is good. Food is timely basis. We checked in at 12 and had to wait till 1:30 for lunch.

Good ambience, but view to mountains was not there. Also rooms are too old and need renovation, as per the room rent would have much better. . Rooms was ok need renovation. Not worth to give this much amount. Property was good

Overall good, but breakfast must be improved
Property and ambiance is good, staff are very hospitable and helpful, food is average, breakfast was not really very good. Also with what the room packages are priced, the breakfast spread needs to be much improved.

familyLocation is good but the service and the upkeep of the property is bad. We stayed in the cottage which is their best room and i could see webs and dust all over. Food is decent but the service is very slow. No attention to details. You order something and the wait forever. Staff is not quick and they are not attentive. My room lock malfunctioned as well. Over all not at all value for money from any aspect

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. They have a beautiful property with a campus full of amenities. Very good location too. A few things can be improved 1) food delivery time is slow (although food was delicious) 2) some maintenance needed for standard rooms to fix broken parts.

We stayed in the property for 3 nights n we enjoyed it. Location, food excellent. We used two consecutive days spa servises n we are impressed by the same. Looking in future to stay in the property.

Very good and clean property. New cottages are also good. Ms. Pallavi from house keeping was also polite. The only thing i didnt like was breakfast spread. Little menu was there and the taste was not up to the mark.

Deluxe room was booked on bases of pics shared on your app but the rooms where very small, leakage on walls, stinking because of leakage, washroom was bad in place, pot was yelloish, so decided to take cottage room had to pay extra, it was over budget and loss in my pocket because of make my trip wrong information shared
