all good. Location is near GSRTC and railway station so very much easy to locate travel. food was also good amenities not much

Wrong Bed allocated.
Booked a queens bed. Was given two small single beds put side by side. Obviously, I being quite large didn't fit in. plus the two bed covers were also each too small and seperated.

Average Stay
We were initially asked to move into twin bed room instead of queen bed which was there in our booking. After that we were not provided with dental and shaving kits. Rooms were not that maintained as per 4 star standards. Food was 1 great thing. I mistakenly forgot my Aadhaar card at reception which was give for verification during check-in but the staff haven't even taken effort to inform to collect it luckily I reminded of the same and picked up during check-out process this was really not expected from hotel rated as 4 star facility.

Excellent breakfast was the highlight, while dinner was good. However, the room was disappointing and average, with broken furniture in both the main room and the bathroom being a significant issue.

Terrible Stay
I am highly disappointed with the housekeeping and room service during my stay. The room was not cleaned properly, and when I needed drinking water at night, I called the reception six times but did not receive any response. The water was provided after 2 hours and 30 minutes, which is unacceptable. Similarly, when I requested plates from room service, there was no response. On top of that, the shower in the bathroom was not working, which caused further inconvenience. Overall, the service was very poor and needs serious improvement.

EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY IN REGENTA INN VADODAR
Verygood hospitality,Room is good for stay,Near to both Vadodara Central bus stand and Railway station as well.Additional cab service available to nearby places(Those are chargeable).Overall excellent from stay,food and commutation

Poor Stay
I stayed in Room No 410… it was stinking. Bed Sheets and Pillow covers were not clean. Hotel is very old. Infrastructure need replacement. Fortunately the breakfast was good.

Terrible Stay
During my stay, I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I had accidentally left my charging cable in a cab and my phone battery was only 2%. I requested the reception to lend me a charging cable just for 10 minutes, but they clearly refused, saying they did not have one. However, I had already seen a charger with the reception staff during check-in. Later, when I went upstairs, I saw a charger at the spa counter and politely asked if I could charge my phone for a few minutes since my battery was completely drained. Unfortunately, the spa staff also refused and told me to ask the hotel staff instead. On top of that, their behavior was very rude and unhelpful. This kind of attitude from the staff left a very bad impression.

Smooth checkin and checkout, friendly staff and even your small needs and daily use kits like tooth paste, toothbrush, saving kits have been provided by the Hotel and food is also good. I had ordered Paneer Tikka Biryani and it was delicious.
