Review Of Regenta Inn Vadodara

I am highly disappointed with the housekeeping and room service during my stay. The room was not cleaned properly, and when I needed drinking water at night, I called the reception six times but did not receive any response. The water was provided after 2 hours and 30 minutes, which is unacceptable. Similarly, when I requested plates from room service, there was no response. On top of that, the shower in the bathroom was not working, which caused further inconvenience. Overall, the service was very poor and needs serious improvement.

wonderful weekend with regenta inn , facilities are awesome with this price, excellent staff behaviour and delicious food with reasonable price.

I stayed in Room No 410… it was stinking. Bed Sheets and Pillow covers were not clean. Hotel is very old. Infrastructure need replacement. Fortunately the breakfast was good.

During my stay, I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I had accidentally left my charging cable in a cab and my phone battery was only 2%. I requested the reception to lend me a charging cable just for 10 minutes, but they clearly refused, saying they did not have one. However, I had already seen a charger with the reception staff during check-in. Later, when I went upstairs, I saw a charger at the spa counter and politely asked if I could charge my phone for a few minutes since my battery was completely drained. Unfortunately, the spa staff also refused and told me to ask the hotel staff instead. On top of that, their behavior was very rude and unhelpful. This kind of attitude from the staff left a very bad impression.

It was good House keeping and surrounding was not noisy.

Smooth checkin and checkout, friendly staff and even your small needs and daily use kits like tooth paste, toothbrush, saving kits have been provided by the Hotel and food is also good. I had ordered Paneer Tikka Biryani and it was delicious.

Facilities about the room cleaning is worse and they came at 10.30 pm at night for cleaning the room inspite of so many reminders. Bed was provided is of worst condition. I won't recommend anyone though it is close to public transport.

Our stay at Regenta in Vadodara was average. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and transport options. Basic amenities were available, but a few, like the Wi-Fi speed and bathroom fittings, could be improved. Breakfast had a fair variety, but the taste was just okay.
