AC was not working and despite pointing out to officials their indifferent attitude was intolerable. During morning breakfast most of the utensils were not clean and again no one was bothered even after pointing this out. Overall horrible experience

Terrible Stay
Terrible experience, AC was not working and the most horrible part despite knowing this team was indifferent. Morning Breakfast most of the lates were not clean and again even after highlighting- they didn’t se to be bothered. Overall a very cold response on everything.

Pathetic front desk Lemon Tree Vadodara
Room was good and food excellent, but the front office service was extremely poor. No greeting or assistance with luggage upon arrival. Room key frequently malfunctioned and got deactivated often. No proper guidance from staff; even after repeated requests, Wi-Fi was not activated. Each time we were told, “We will provide you shortly. Overall, the front desk operations were completely mismanaged. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable. However, the washroom flush would lock often, and opening the wall box was the only way to fix it. Front desk don't know what is lemon tree infinity rewards and rewards program which was mentioned invoice.

Good property yet !!! Little Inconivient
unable to smoke | at least given an option to smoke in the washroom. This is absurd. just to smoke, I had to walk all the way to parking.

Excellent Stay
Hotel staff behaviour is so good and also food and service is so nice, I like the hotel location and services. Cleaning is also good need to improve door lock, it's not major problem. Other all experience is nice with lemon tree

Poor Stay
Property is very old compared to brand name - in bath old towel , broken tap etc- AC is not working properly- location is very bad , no proper parking spaces & entrance stair case is very difficult to stair . Means what Lamon tree name & what is this property?!

Good location
Nice hotel, good food. The chef speaks to the guest very well in the restaurant, which I liked it. Too much front office staff standing in the desk which does not look good also front office team is very slow .need to train property .as a business Travellers I require wifi but repeated call they give me the solution at night you take wifi from single lady who is staying opposite of your room Ms Nikita and do your work. which is not at all accepted, during check in no body help me or ask me to carry luggage. though their was a plenty of staff in the front desk where they are busy with gossiping their other staff. housekeeping staff too good, outside aged security uncle too good and helpful. one thing I suggest in the porch area staircase is too sleepy kindly put one rubber mat other wise any time accident can occur ..overall good experience.

Overall a good stay!
The stay was good. The biggest plus is the staff’s courteous and helpful behaviour. Amenities, whatever limited they have, are good. Proximity to the Railway station is a plus. Food is good; however, prices are on a slightly higher side.

The hotel experience was good. But there is no lift facilities to underground parking and check in time is 02 PM which is too late and for this they charged extra payment. This needs to be done atleast before noon.
