Rooms we’re good, food was also good. Had to face inhospitable reception staff during checkout, believe the person was untrained, lack of professional courtesy.

Allover food was ok. But food service was very poor. Have to wait for everything. Staff was not sufficient. Room keys was not working properly. Always hotel staff speak to open the room door. On last day we demand for extra bed they said that 1100rs will be chargeable for extra bed. I had never seen these such kind of extra charges for extra bed.
