Food was OK. Location was good. But Washroom shower was not good. Staff was cooperative.

Hampton by Hilton. The moment I read By Hilton, I was sure that there would be a minimum standard I could expect. True to that, the hotel is compact, reasonably priced, very clean, centrally located close to Sur Sagar lake, pleasant interiors. We had a good stay as a family, and my 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed the child-friendly setting.

the room was great and they also gave us our special request at the last moment. and better received by Hotel staff

hotel doesn't keep anything in the room, need to call at least 3 times at reception and after that they send housekeeping staff. NO COMB, NO TOOTHBRUSH KIT, NO SHAVING KIT etc., I don't recommend for business trips and vegetarians. most importantly you see the dust particles in air all the time.

Iron box was unsafe with broken plug , Shaving kit , combing kit was not available it’s upon request my colleague was staying who came from US had terrible stay as bedbugs were bitten him

Property is ok rooms need to be upgraded , Ac not working had to change room, Bathroom fittings broken overall not a great experience .For the price they charging

Rooms are very small. Bathroom is very small, one may become claustrophobic in such rooms. Please don't suggest such hotel to anybody

The check-in process was impressively quick, allowing me to settle in without any delay. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure all the necessary formalities were handled smoothly. The room itself was comfortable and clean, offering all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel was inviting, and the services provided were up to the mark. I would definitely recommend hampton by hilt-on to anyone looking for a comfortable stay

Location is very good. 5 mins distance to market. Nice compact rooms space is small but comfortable. Staff is well behaved and helpful. I didn't like their breakfast. Overall it's good

Not at all value for money…staff were rude AC problem no basic amenities in the room and the room was not cleaned also

Its not upto the mark as hilton. Compact rooms with small beds if a person is on fat side. 2 people can't be comfortable while sleeping. . Room were a little bit smelly. No place to open your luggage bathroom was very small. Shower was on such a height that short people like me can't adjust. It was with a high pressure not comfortable. Overall not satisfying

Hampton hilt-on hotel is in a very good location in the middle of the city and in the vicinity of all the attractions in the city. Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast is good.

The breakfast was really bad, in terms of food quality. Kept asking for the room to be changed because the ac wasnt working properly and the tap in the bathroom wasnt working. They didnt attend to the need.

Checked in at night and found coach roachs in room. They changed the room but that was that. Breakfast was complimentary but food was sub-par ( and that’s overstating things) each dosa, uttapam, pasarattu all were sweet and came smelling like it was made in the same pan as egg preparation. Room seems clean at first glance but expectations was little higher since it was hilton.

Excellent property and courteous staff. The room was well maintained and room service was excellent. The breakfast is a lavish spread.
