The rooms were Old.. dusty..not cleaned.. comode water dispenser button broken.. shower was not giving proper hot water.. no bucket provided in bathroom.. despite this..staff was cooperative

Room is looking good but basic amenities are not available like towel, shampoo and other things and room is not clean and hourly stay should be given for existing customer for better customer experience

The stay was pleasant. Hotel staffs were helpful. Rooms and washrooms were clean and tidy. And moreover it's situated just near the railway station, just few steps away which makes it more suitable
