Not Quite the standard of
Not Quite the standard of Regenta I am used too... need to improve the overall experience.. no direct entry in the hotel. it's quite confusing to enter the hotel. toiletries and dental kits was missing.. The good thing was they provided Airport drop as Hotel 12 km away from airport. here is my another weird experience. I have stayed in dozen of hotels in India no hotel asked us to pay before the food arrival. I ordered tea, guy a came with the tea nd said please pay the bill.I found a bite strange. I said I need dinner as well I will pay altogether.. then I ordered dinner the guy came with bill not the food . so basically food was kept in another area and once I paid he brought the food in 2 mints. I don't man it was weird as If we are running away without paying? after visiting this branch my trust in regenta has declined.. now I will think 100 times before booking. I don't know what they were thinking but it was quite disappointing.

Terrible Stay
Uncleaned Room with lot of dust and cobwebs, video and photo shared with Manager. Untrained staff not delivered Airport drop inspite of informing previous night. They didnot ask us flight details for drop when our booking was having prepaid inclusion of Airport drop. At checkout making guest wait for housekeeping clearance also not good sign from Such Hotel Group. Newly constructed property mismanaged and poor housekeeping. Mr. Ritik manager was very professional and considered feedback positively and that is appreciable. Uncleaned Room with lot of dust and cobwebs, video and photo shared with Manager. Our 3 day stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Though the washroom was compact, it was neat. The food served was delicious. The staff was quite helpful and polite.
