This is most amazing property j have ever visited in past 10 years. Even though i have been to 5 stars a lot, but this property have given me that hospitality, that even those 5stars weren't able to. Such a kind people here. Must visit place. Specially when you are in kerala.

Stay at Venice in India

The ambiance in this hotel is extraordinary. It's the Indian Venice. The food is average and I believe there was a shortage of staff and because of which some services were a bit lacking. The hotel also has a spa and you can get a super massage followed by steam and shower. The manager and all the staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The tariff is great value for money. All in all I had a very good experience.

A relaxed memorable family trip

A small island with a nice swimming pool, green coconut trees, good relaxing lawns, child swing, birds and rabbits. Great backwater boat ride, customized food, comfortable rooms and good care takers. What else need to describe a perfect stay. Kid enjoyed every minute there, good hospitality and staffs are so good to have a very pleasant stay.

Not upto expectations.

We went to the resort with great expectations seeing wonderful reviews. It was a main festival day too but we regret to opt this as a stay place as it spoiled our entire festive mood. Resort is in a small Island area. We had to keep our vehicle on the other shore and had to travel with our things to resort island in a boat. A different experience of course but later realized a lot of inconveniences. When with a family of kids it's difficult to carry all things and then going back to car to take things in between too difficult. Still adjustable but worst part was the food. Limited items. Not quality food. No buffet breakfast or lunch though was complimentary. No option to find alternative. We really felt lost in an Island with less entertainment. Room was just ok, not like a star hotel arrangement. Asked for toiletries many times but was not given. So really was disappointed. Definitely there is a lot of scope for improvement. A Professionalism is missing. Hope it will come up soon. All the best.

Very beautiful place if you love to spend peaceful time

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with making our stay comfortable. Mr. Unnikrishnan, Mr Shashi and other staff always served with a smile although we were the only guests during two week nights there with two small 5 year old kids. The premises were child friendly with basic play area and swimming pool. The spa and ayurvedic center was also well staffed. Will definitely recommend it if one wishes to spend a peaceful time with some good seafood.
