Hotel Yamuna

The stay at Hotel Yamuna was fantastic. Room was neat & well maintained and is located in the centre of Adoor town which gives you easy access to the market, bus stand and temples nearby.

Everything was well organized. Facilities were good. Staff was friendly. Food was awesome. Location was also very good. I really want to thank everyone who made our stay pleasurable and productive, and we really admire the cooperation of the staff.

AC was not working, bath towel was not provided,hotel location was okay TV is not working service overall very poor

Ado-or location only 2 hotel available in makemytrip in my budget. Rooms are clean and good but staffs behaviour is not customer friendly. Check in and check out will take more than 20 minutes. 2 days stayed in the hotel got only one 1 ltr mineral water and one dental kit. Requested to provide one more dental kit and mineral water but not provided.

I have booked premium naini suit, it was worth every penny, the room was spacious, separate living area. Neat and clean toilet. Comfy and large bed. Mini bar is there. Amenity kit was fully loaded.

Good stay and good staff friendly atmosphere in the center of city.

Excellent room and services. Really helpful. We were 2 ladies there for an exam and they arranged vehicles for us in early morning and really helped.

The stay was quite pleasant, with friends. The rating will provide will 5 star, staff are very friendly and cosy atmosphere. Basic amenities are provided in the room itself. No thanks

I was on a business trip and had a meeting on morning 9:am , they served breakfast at 8:50 am . They usually starts breakfast by 8:45 am and it’s too late for business travellers .

They will start breakfast only by 8:45am. We ordered dinner at 9:10 pm and got it around 10:10 pm.

Front desk team was not picking the call. Given registered number as per mm t not responding on multiple instances

Rooms are good. But the service was very poor. No attention to the guests. No proper service or attention. Nobody attends the call from room. Very casual behaviour. Never had such treatment from any hotel of this standard

Everything was excellent rooms were good and neat bathrooms were good room service and food was also good location was also very good it’s in the city itself nice ambience staffs were also cooperative altogether a very good one

The stay was excellent and the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast was also nice

Rooms are good, cleanliness to be improved a little, furniture and cupboards look old, scratched here and there but when i stayed in oct 2023, maintenance work was ongoing. The road in front of the main entrance is one way so have to be little careful not to miss the hotel. Due to the local bar, the backside is a bit creepy.

Overall our stay was good. It was a great experience. The hotel staff was very supportive and obliging. Highly recommended.
