CLUB 7 Hotel

You get a bit lost at the beginning, the reception isn’t strategically placed it’s on the 2nd floor. As soon as you enter you might be like where do I go now, apart from that everything else was okay. Rooms are decent, toiletries are provided and shower pressure was good which is the most important for me personally, so yeah! Will give it a 3.75/5

Our stay was not at all comfortable , Room 149 allotted to us was a small room with all old furniture , the bedsheets were of poor quality and on the top corckroch were freely moving in the room during night , the breakfast served was also below average I have told all the above to the front desk staff , I found that then hotel belongs to a major group but other things absolutely bad needs greater improvement

The hotel is very close to bus stand which is just 5mins walk..The odour from the room on arrival was bad..how ever the room and other services were good..overall a fine stay for a couple of days

Near rooms, friendly staffs, food is good, prime location

Near clean large rooms with a clean modern attached washroom. The location is bang in the centre of town..very near the railway station and just a stone throw away from the State Bus Terminal. Food is good and the bar is well stocked. Overall a value for money stay.

When i checked to the first room from air conditioner upnormal sound coming and I complaint to reception. They changed my room then i came to second room the bad smells from bathroom final i again complainted they changed to third room that room has not working tv and lots of dust on floor un safeable switch boards lockes are not correct dont choose this kind of hotels everybody

Spent two days, with family, at the hotel. Food at its restaurant and the attitude/ behaviour of both the restaurant and hotel staff were excellent, though the hotel's ambience needs some improvement.

Located at heart of Thiruvalla town, Club 7 is a very hygienic hotel. Taken to the room without any delay at reception. For Food- Room service available and delivered un-delayed. What attracted me in the room service was that every food was brought to room fully and titghly covered so that no foreign particles and flies creep in. Toilet was sealed and disinfected. Good water both cold and hot, Clean towels and other toiletries were found very clean. The table top provided for instant self-made tea and coffee. I ordered Egg roast and Appam for Breakfast. Both gave the expected taste. I checked out early morning.

Please improve your food section other all is fine and parking space sometimes is poor due to other shops on ground floor but they help you to park your car safely

This property is centrally located in thiruvalla. The rooms are quite comfortable. All the staff are very co-operative and very hospitable. They provide variety of food. We felt homely during our six days stay in club 7. I rate 5 star for the property.

Club 7 was a real pleasant surprise! no hotel in thiruvalla can be more central than this! the three floors that accommodate around 10 rooms each, are spacious and quiet. I had one of the best kerala lunches at the 6th floor restaurant, phosphorus. They have a couple of bars and halls. Laundry hygiene is high. They accommodated my slight extension in occupancy gracefully!

Dear Club 7 Team, I'm writing to share my feedback on my second visit to your hotel on December 15. Unfortunately, my experience didn't meet my expectations. After check-in, I was assigned a room on a lower floor, which was a disappointment, especially since my previous stay was on a higher floor. Moreover, the room itself didn't meet my expectations. What struck me as particularly concerning was the state of the floors, which seemed to be undergoing cleaning. Soiled towels and cleaning supplies were scattered outside the rooms, which didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. I hope you'll take my feedback constructively and take necessary steps to improve the guest experience. I had high hopes for my second stay, and I'm willing to give your hotel another chance in the future.
