Review Of Grasshopper Hotel Grand E Muscat

I recently stayed with my friends at Grasshopper Grand E Muscat Hotel. The rooms were good, clean, and properly disinfected, with satisfactory amenities. However, there were a few areas of concern. The attached restaurant was not fully functional throughout the day, and the lunch experience was disappointing — the fish served was frozen and not served hot. Additionally, toiletries were provided only upon request, even though I had booked the room for three people; ideally, all essentials should have been arranged in advance. Similarly, basic facilities like a morning tea kettle were also given only after asking. Overall, while the stay was comfortable in terms of rooms and cleanliness, I would recommend exploring other hotels in the locality that provide complete facilities under one roof without the need for repeated requests.

Yea there is no food bcoz am finding with non meal , little bit maintain the lift and the rest of the things was ok.

Room had cockroaches 🪳 and room maintenance not done.

I had stayed there for a day. Checked in on 18th April at 12.30 PM and checked out next day 12.45 pm. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant was available at ground floor. We were 3 persons and our stay was satisfactory..

Average facilities. No breakfast facility at the hotel. Will not find any vegetarian options nearby the hotel either.

Very good place to stay with family or alone and all things are near by with in a walkable distance

Average stay. Booked two rooms. Charging points were not working in both rooms. Also lift were not working and we had to carry back the luggage ourselves.

We stayed for a day at grasshopper, location is good, parking available, no hot water supply, avoid morning bath, water quality looked very poor.

Property is easily accessible and room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Felt very secured for a family. The restaurant within the property was very good with varieties of dishes to offer.

The room was terrible, unclean, had mosquitoes. The service was also terrible. They provided tap water in a glass bottle for drinking.

Talking about the location it is situated in a prime location. Food was very good. The restaurant may find less space to accommodate customers coming to the hotel. Charging point was not working. Later this was corrected. So it was difficult to charge the mobile phone

Location wise extremely good for all who wish to visit the famed amrita university which ranked among-st the top ten universities of india, however it is not quite a hotel. At best you can call it a lodging facility. No breakfast facility. Not even on room service let alone breakfast room. Super deluxe rooms also do not have a kettle.

The room is spacious and good but the restaurant functions only from the afternoon and closes by 10:15 pm. Service is slow. 2 out of 3 lifts don't work and there is no help anywhere in sight. The room and corridors are clean but the surroundings are dirty and gloomy. Altogether there's nothing grand about this hotel.
