Review Of Regal Retreat Resort - A Mixture of Glamp & Tree House

the stay was good. approach road to the resort is bit tough. Please check before you are booking that u r getting "cottage" booking or the clamp "dome". there are 2 domes and 2 tree house. so they are in big demand.

very well maintained . service is good. property is inside an orchard. mountain view. full of birds.

The Treehouse and Glamp were awesome. A secluded place near a village. One km above the highway. Approach is difficult. One way track with few passing points. Steep climb at points, need a 4x4 vehicle. My powerful Jeep struggled to climb. Staff was very courteous but menu and availability of dishes was a big down. Felt more like a homestay than a professional Resort.

The drive up to Regal Retreat Resort was a bit of a challenge with its narrow, winding roads, but once we arrived, it was completely worth it! The resort itself is impeccably maintained, offering stunning views from the treehouses and plenty of privacy. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the extra amenities like the pool table and chess—great touches for downtime. Host was really helpful with everything. Overall, it was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Done

Stay was good but there is definitely a difference in what we see in the images vs what we see in reality.I won't say amenities are different but still it's different from what we see in reality. Location is challenging to reach no doubt. They should work on improving their hospitality services

Everything about this property is ridiculous. 1. They do not have their location correct on the google map even in the voucher and they agreed that it shows incorrect location which is almost 3 km from their place. 2. They charged me 300 rs to pick me up from downstairs to their property. 3. They do not know how to run hotel business despite charging soo much. Food quality was pathetic. 4. They even charged me 400 rs upon asking for an additional juice in my complimentary breakfast. Seriously come on! 5. There were no water bottles in the room until i asked for. 6. I had to wait almost 2. 5 hours before they allowed me checkin despite me being a platinum mm t customer which allows me 3 hours of additional checkin as well as checkout. 7. Similarly i had guaranteed 3 hours of extra checkout allowed however when i asked for it the owner said i have leave the room on an urgent basis then why was i mentioned that its a 3 hours guaranteed checkout allowed. This is not how you can treat premium customers. 8. Additional perk that i had on my mm t account was 20% guranteed discount on f&b services and when i asked for it the owner said its already added in my mm t account. Poor guy he should know how can the f&b discount was already added before i ordered anything from the menu. It can only be applied on the final bill. Lol 9. Even on exit they did not provide any drop facility since their property was at such a great height and i had to travel almost 30 mins downstairs with my luggage. 10. I purchased the most expensive dome for 2 days and i got service and treatment worse than any remote homestay. I am not recommending this to anybody. 11. In a nutshell it was an extremely pathetic experience in my entire mm t bookings so far. None of the mm t guidelines were followed so not sure it was the property owner at fault or mm t itself. Not recommending anybody this stupid property.

It is tranquil, away from the hustle bustle, quiet resort very well maintained and owners are running it. The cottages, tree houses and gramps are spacious, airy and well lit. Dirtounded by greenery atop a hill.

Hotel is too isolated and the food preferences are too limited. Only good point is the unique room which are of moderate experience and not too wow

It’s was a great experience. You people should go there. The owner was so sweet & professional. He really made sure we get the best experience throughout apart from the stay also he helped a lot. He also helped me with transportation as well as the property is away from usual road way. But everything was awesome ❤️ will really like to go there again.

Photos and reality both very much different. Struggle start with very narrow approach road and huge potholes on it, your car want able to pass through it in 1st go so except xv don't dare to plan your visit. Next is when you reach at hotel, room are very old, bathroom is in worst condition and they are providing nothing, you need to ask for water for kettles ets. Bed is extremely bad and very hard. Last but not least worst food. We have taken full package including dinner and breakfast however in dinner they served roti with maida and without ghee or butter, if you need butter roti you need to pay extra, panner greavy has just water, dal has no taste. Now come to breakfast, again alu pratha made with maida, tea has just water, bread is 2-3 days old you feel from touch. All and all just waste of money. Few good part: out side room ambiance is better, you can take photos and impress facebook & instagram friends till they don't know reality. Snooker also available so again show off can be done and interested people can play, it's free of cost. All in all i wan't recommend as price is very high with no reward and much issues.
