Nature's Lap Resort

Room condition was poor, no cleanliness. Doors locks were broken. Switches were broken. Bathroom fittings were not working well. And lots of dirt in bathrooms and smelly food was below average road to reach rooms was rough muddy and slippery

No hygiene linens were dirty food was not good. Worst experience ever

The place is not at all equipped for winter travelers and that too with family. The location and place is beautiful. However, needs better maintenance and facilities in the room. Staff was courteous, however, had little at there disposal to make things comfortable for the guests. Definitely needs improvement.

I would provide both pros and cons regarding this hotel: Pros: 1. Excellent location, clean river stream just across road, situated between tall pine trees. 2. Popular trekking destination, Jalori Pass, Jibhi Water Fall, Chehni Kothi nearby. Cons: Most of the issues are due to mismanagement 1. Rooms was dirty, bathroom was dirty, blankets were smelly. Electricity switches do not work. Regulator is missing for fan. So could not lower its speed. You either keep it on or switch off. Food quality was very poor, breakfast was oil soaked pooris with aloo ki sabji, too much sugar in coffee, hated it. Nearby Dhabas serve better food and way cheaper than this hotel. 3. Food is only served during specific timings and room service is not available. Whether you like it or not bed tea will be served at 7. 00 AM, Breakfast at 9. 00AM and Dinner at 9. 30PM. I would suggest the management to improve quality of their services otherwise this hotel is not a value for money.

Very good hotel. Entry was very good with welcome drink. Staff was very supportive. Room was very clean and bed are very big. Toilet was clean. Lunch was very tastey. WiFi was also very good. Overall all facility are good.

Great experience in natures lap resort by ackee tree hotel want to go dr again everything was supb food was very nice. It was very supper experience... Weather was very good and people are very nice.. Good hospitality provided why natures lap resort by ackee tree I am so happy.

I traveled from Manali to stay for a day to stay at this resort but the resort was inaccessible and the poor response from the staff we could not reach this resort. Had to check in into a different hotel 20-25km away so in short I had to pay for 2 rooms for the same night. MMT also did not give any refunds for this incident when approached with this issue.

The location is extremely remote. One has to make a steep hike up hill by foot to reach hotel that was not mentioned. I am a heart patient and this info was VERY pertinent for me. Reached late at night and hotel was in complete darkness and all staff sleeping. Room barely has basic amenities like geyser and heater for the cold weather. Blankets dirty.

The hotel was very good and clean. Staff was very cooperative. The best thing is the location. At behind walls, a world unto itself with free standing living room separate bedroom with king bed over sized bathroom.
