The rooms were nicely carpeted and amenities were good. The location of the hotel was also very near to the main road. The food quality was good too.

The property has rooms without windows. I got the room changed next night. Then there are power issues. The Air con stopped functioning midnight. The tariff they charge for all the offerings seems too steep or not much if value.

Rooms are too small..it's 150 sq instead of 250 sq mentioned. Food variety is not available in breakfast

I had a highly disappointing experience with the Hotel. I had booked and paid in advance for a Premium Deluxe Room with a bath tub. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the booked room was not available. Instead of honoring my confirmed booking, the staff suggested shifting me and my child to another hotel. When I refused, they allocated us a so-called “Deluxe Room,” which was very small, substandard, and nowhere close to the standard of the room I had reserved and paid for. Despite the clear discrepancy, the hotel did not refund the amount for the downgraded room, and their only compensation offered was dinner, which was neither appropriate nor sufficient given the situation. Later, I came to know that the room category I had booked was never actually available, which makes their claim misleading and unacceptable. This experience reflects poor customer satisfaction, lack of professionalism, and misleading commitments. I would strongly urge future travelers to exercise caution while booking this hotel

Had an incredible stay at Razido Suites Rohtak! The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfectly decorated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure everything was just right. The location was convenient, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Rohtak! 👍🏼 5/5 stars! It was my 10th time staying at this property, must recommend.

Hotel is newly made so property is good. But all the hotel services including room service and breakfast buffet are extremely slow and poor.
