The room was too small considering the tariff amount I paid for a super delux room Although the room was clean and steardy, the room service was ignorant. I was charged even for a water bottle which was supoosed to be provided with the checkin.

The accommodation room was very small compared to other standard sizes. We were 4, ie., 2 Adult and 2 children. The hotel provided only toiletries for 3. The management answers were they are full and cannot accommodate in any bigger room. Regards

Under the previous management—Hotel Maharaja, during the time of Sangaram Singh, Rasal Rana, and Shalu Sharma—we, as customers, had complete faith and trust in the services provided. Pricing was always transparent, and we never had to question the fairness of the charges. However, under the new management, we feel that the focus has shifted solely to profit-making, and unfortunately, this has resulted in a feeling of being cheated. A recent event held at your hotel left us with this sentiment. We were not clearly informed about pricing details, and the overall experience did not align with the trust and value we previously associated with this establishment.
