ac k cooling itni kam. setting aise k haan us k powerful mode pe thode der chal k band ho jaata tha. is se accha ac toh unka chal reha tha jo. 800 mein rooms. dete haan. 2800 k. room. that doesn't mean aisa room do jiske cooling he 1 star hotel jaise ho. unke bhee acchi hogi. no system for food billing.order kuch kia. reception pe. bol. rahe haan apne tea bhee mangwayi the.... itne poor service.

The accommodation room was very small compared to other standard sizes. We were 4, ie., 2 Adult and 2 children. The hotel provided only toiletries for 3. The management answers were they are full and cannot accommodate in any bigger room. Regards

Rooms are very tiny and the bathrooms are very very narrow .

Under the previous management—Hotel Maharaja, during the time of Sangaram Singh, Rasal Rana, and Shalu Sharma—we, as customers, had complete faith and trust in the services provided. Pricing was always transparent, and we never had to question the fairness of the charges. However, under the new management, we feel that the focus has shifted solely to profit-making, and unfortunately, this has resulted in a feeling of being cheated. A recent event held at your hotel left us with this sentiment. We were not clearly informed about pricing details, and the overall experience did not align with the trust and value we previously associated with this establishment. Everything is good but room size is very small. And bathroom shower is just near to toilet sheet because of small saize of toilet as well. Apart from this food quality is not too good.
