Food quality very poor and service very poor Swimming pool, Vari Di and Food quality also Poovar and service very slow, no recommend anybody to serve this hotel

The property was very good but the maintenance of the rooms is terrible. I won’t recommend any body to go in this property

The place was wonderful. We could see a lot of animals right from our room. All in all, it was a thrilling stay.

Network issue is the main problem in this property specially wifi not work in rooms

Makemytrip charged me for duplex room but the room provided to me was studio which is around 5, 000 cheaper for two days. Hotel suggested to take 10% discount on food bill which is less than 1200. I declined it. Need a refund of extra charge done by makemytrip

Worst service i have ever seen not worth any penny no printed menu avaliable not even a hand written.

The stay overall was good but the hotel need to work on buffet and food, the food is terrible and not worth the amount charged for it. The buffet spread was too basic and the taste and preparation was also not good. The resort is in jungle so can’t really step out or order anything. Also, the terrain is very difficult to approach hotel and is quite risky but no one informed in advance, it should be communicated. Moreover, no network works there except hotel wifi or may be jio, so it is quite a distress. The property is big and nice, the rooms and activities are good.

The resort is great and the location too. Only last 2km road is off reading but it was worth it. Forest department should correct that soon

The stay was nice as the property is located at an isolated place amid-st nature. We relaxed. The food is okay. The rooms are really nice and big but maintenance is an issue.

Worst food gyser not working properly

The stay was a wonderful experience at ranger’s reserve. Anyone who want to enjoy adventures of a forest and nature’s beauty, this property is a must visit. Staff was nice, space was quite big located in the middle of forest. The only thing that can be improved is breakfast menu; they should add more items to it. Overall, an awesome experience. Everything was good. I will recommend it to everyonethanks mmt for arranging this trip.

A pelmet fell on our head at 3. 00 am, while we were sleeping.

I went with my family and arrangements in the resort were terrible. Food was overpriced and very few items in the menu were available. The bed ceiling was broken and full of locusts because of which we had to adjust ourselves in the other half of the bed. The next reason is of-course the location of the resort difficult to reach and normal car will have a tough time. We had to cut short our stay as there was nothing to do most of the services were closed. The only reason i can think fr the praise of the place i heard earlier must be the effect of alcohol people had here and not the place itself.

Designers have done their best work. The rooms and all of the place is very aesthetically designed and maintained, well lit and spacious. The staff is really hospitable and didn't leave room for any displeasure. Highly recommend this resort.
I am impressed by the attention to detail the designers of the resort have paid. The services are zero flawed and staff behaviour is very hospitable. Relaxed stay and worth spending the tariff. I just hoped we could get the tour arranged which couldn't be arranged due to no forest permits available that day.

Terrible service and shoddy rooms along with the hotel being grossly overpriced. There were no towels and toiletries in the bathrooms and everything was chargeable such as cold coffee at breakfast and even ice was chargeable

The place is mid of Jungle a bit dangerous as you have to drive 1 km down hill with water running beneath your tyres at few points. Its a beautiful green paradise to stay but a lot humid 90%. The food is average and you wont get any other option within 25 km range. The pool was nice but a bit dirty in morning.

Worst hotel with poor service and really a horrible location where there is no road to reach and above all a poorest room service with no food menu in the hotel you have to eat what they prepare.
