Excellent Stay
One of the best locations for those looking for an early morning walk, run or a bicycle ride on the bank of the great Fateh Sagar Lake. I am a runner and just walk across to the bank of the lake (paal). I takes just 6 minutes of walk. It’s a Boutique hotel i.e. a mini palace (haveli) converted into a hotel. Ancient style room doors. However, the inside is modern with A/C, hot water, a cupboard, a safe, a small center tabel, two chairs, mini fridge and a TV. I am talking about the Deluxe rooms. One gets that vintage feeling all around. The Raja Restaurant is hotel’s own property. One can enjoy a candle light dinner right on the bank of Fateh Sagar Lake. Open air with plenty of space . We had veg food and liked the taste. Like most places in Udaipur, all the staff is extremely polite and courteous. Buffet breakfast has decent variety. Choice of beverages both alcoholic as well as non alcoholic is quite good. I stayed twice there in a week. Would love to check in again. However, my view may be slightly biased as my primary consideration was the location.

Good Stay
Experience has been good. Lake views are great. Food is decent and Room is simple and clean. I felt bathrooms could have been bigger atleast for lake facing rooms

Hotel was good an amazing view from my lake dacing room. Their restaurant name ram bagh is opposite to their hotel where you can enjoy the view of lake with your lunch

As far as parking is concerned we have a very gaurded parking just outside the premises. Since it is not facing the main road so the vehicles are safe enough. The property location was good. Food average. The buffet breakfast was very limited. Amenities not placed. Had to ask many times for a towel and dental kit. Requested for early checkin or late checkout, but not given.

not as good as old times, bad swrv
The location and view is awesome, The rooms were neat and clean as well. but their food is not up to the mark for what they are charging. Also the service in their restaurant is pathetic, they don't even serve the water to guests when asked, they show the water location instead of serving.

It is a good property situated next to lake fateh. Also having a good open restaurant but there was problems which was not acceptable. The water was dirty. There was black sediment in tap water in bathroom tap ware frequently choked as we complained to the hotel staff they have no proper answer so we compromised. But after that one day we asked ro water to drink in that water we found that black sediment. This was not acceptable. As we ware travel-ling with our small child that water was completely deserted for our clild health. The milk we asked for our baby was always smells burnt. And they ware also having less staff. Although the hotel was good and situated at good places.
