Excellent Stay,

It was good room was clean staff was good but geyser was not working other than that everything it good and also the shower wasn’t functioning properly water flow was bit less than usual and food was pretty good and reasonable

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at your hotel. The bathroom was not clean and, shockingly, I found gutka (chewing tobacco) stains inside. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and maintenance standards of the property. I expected at least basic cleanliness and was deeply dissatisfied. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues so future guests do not face the same problem.

Property is good. But reception was awfull. It took lot of time. Took at-least 15 minutes and two phone calls before the accepted the booking. And person was not cortious. After i complaints, things improved. Room and amenities are of good standard. Food is average.

Good hotel but not maintained rooms. Foods are average. You can stay in this hotel for 1 day only. This is also a pure veg hotel. You will not get non vej items here.

It was nice and comfortable stay.

My stay was quite comfortable. Staff is very curtious. Only suggestion is that the quantity of water they provide per day should be increased to 2 liter per day as 1liter per day for 2 persons is quite insufficient. Also they should also provide sugarfree sachet along with teabags as every third person is suffering from diabetes these days.

Room service bad. And not proper staff. Room not clean, and tv not working.

For me cleanliness is the most important factor when i stay in a hotel and this has been one the most clean hotel that i have stayed in. Room was quite spacious and washroom was also clean. Hotel staff is quite polite and helpful.

Accumulation of dust over wooden almirah giving impression of not cleaning on regular basis. Exhaust fan in bathroom non functional.

Good place to stay in entire City. Food quality is good but little bit costly.

It was a nice experience at Ramoji Resorts. The hotel staff was very cooperative and the cleanness was up to the mark.
