Very Bad Experience – Hotel Hygiene and Cleanliness Issues

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at your hotel. The bathroom was not clean and, shockingly, I found gutka (chewing tobacco) stains inside. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and maintenance standards of the property. I expected at least basic cleanliness and was deeply dissatisfied. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues so future guests do not face the same problem.

familyProperty is good. But reception was awfull. It took lot of time. Took at-least 15 minutes and two phone calls before the accepted the booking. And person was not cortious. After i complaints, things improved. Room and amenities are of good standard. Food is average.

My stay was quite comfortable. Staff is very curtious. Only suggestion is that the quantity of water they provide per day should be increased to 2 liter per day as 1liter per day for 2 persons is quite insufficient. Also they should also provide sugarfree sachet along with teabags as every third person is suffering from diabetes these days.

For me cleanliness is the most important factor when i stay in a hotel and this has been one the most clean hotel that i have stayed in. Room was quite spacious and washroom was also clean. Hotel staff is quite polite and helpful.
