I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I had booked a hotel for 3 nights but, due to my wife’s medical emergency, I had to check out the next day before 1 pm. I immediately requested a refund for the remaining 2 nights. It has already been 4 days, yet I have not received a single response from MakeMyTrip regarding my refund. The hotel staff and room were good, but they have not responded to MMT’s mails, and as a result MMT is simply waiting for their reply. It is very frustrating to see such unprofessional handling from both the hotel and MMT’s support team. MMT representatives are just saying they are “waiting for the hotel’s response” instead of resolving the issue. This lack of accountability is highly disappointing

"Disappointing Experience I'm a regular customer, but my recent stay at this establishment was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. The room quality was subpar, with an ineffective AC and unclean bedding. Despite booking a room for three, we were initially provided with two separate beds, which was only rectified after multiple requests. Unfortunately, the new room was even worse, with a persistent stench. The food options were extremely limited, and the breakfast service started at 8:30 am, despite being advertised for 7:00 am. Overall, my stay was a complete waste of money, and I'm extremely disappointed with the standards of this property. I hope will take necessary steps to improve the quality of their partner hotels. In future, I would not forget this poor stay with my family. Rating: 1

Hotel location and environment is good. Staff is cooperative and responsible. Rooms are neat and clean. Just nonplus is breakfast timing is late ( 8. 30 am) and little bit scope to improve washrooms. Overall this is good experience in average budget.
