Good sarvice best dealing customer ramada hotel I am vry happy

Perfect location, between jalandhar and Kapurthala. Reasonable prices, good value for money.

Very neat and clean spacious room. The food was very good. Quantity is genuinely good. I like their location too. Parking is good. The staff is very polite. I will recommend Ramada. It is a really good experience to stay there . Definitely try it again

Had a comfortable stay at Ramada, Kapurthala. The check in was hassle free despite the blackout at night. The housekeeping staff was at their best.

This was an awesome stay for us. The property is very nice. The location was beautiful, food was amazing, amenities and services were up to the mark. memorable stay.

The hotel is basically for marriage functions and parties. The buffet breakfast time starts from 7 am but till 7.45 am they will only be confused about what to do. Not at all proffesional staff. it's a 3 star category hotel.

The service was very poor. lack of front desk staff and room service. location is good. the room alloted was not up to the satisfaction though i reqstd to change but the staff mention that this room had been alloted, it was nonsense reply. will not recommend Ramada Kapurthala property to any of my known

WiFi was not working(no response received from staff even after complaining), valet parking was not available, security issues were faced while parking the car. Good food

It was good. Room was clean and with all the required amenities. Even staff was good and very welcoming.

The location of the property is very convenient to reach and easily approachable. The food is a great go - provides value for money. Early morning room service may require a little attention. Also, minor leakage through the washbasin's outlet made bathroom usage a little uncomfortable. I hope it was only in the room where i was staying. Overall it was cozy and relaxing.

Good ambiance. Helping staff. Only problem is accessibility to kapurtala. If this can be solved for reasonable charge to customer, it will be very helpful

The location was good, easily approachable. Food was also superb. We booked the rooms ten days before the arrival. The condition of the rooms was good but not up to the level like some toiletries of one room is missing, some lights are not working properly. Also gym and swimming pool was under construction as per told. But yes, overall experience was good.
