Worst ever room and service is horrible. Full of smell no cleaning at all. Lights went off and no calls answering in reception

Phone in the room was not in working condition. For every communication we need to go to reception every time. Morning tea was not available. When we asked for tea at 8AM, they told that tea making person will come at 9AM. We go to the nearby tea shop and took the tea.

actual hotel and photo of hotel are 100 times different. water supply is not proper, drops available instead of shower. no bucket & mug , flush is also not working. I will never suggest anyone to stay at this place.

At the time of check in . There is no towel and toiletries, no refrigerator, no kettle room were not maintained. Not worth for 2k

Very poor service, they charged me extra for just the sake of early check in, even though my check out was of the same day! Really pathetic, had to ask again and again for soap and dryer, smelly rooms, water drainage clogged, broken door, lights not working, asked for wifi which was nit working they just know how to ask for money! Not to give service

No electricity, no laundary, no hot water, no service , poor place. Worst experience in life. Doesn’t worth even 500 rupees. Check out at 2am and shifted to other hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bed sheet was visibly dirty and appeared to have been used by a previous guest. The TV was not functioning properly, which added to the frustration. Additionally, the so-called buffet had only two items available—far from what was expected. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking this hotel.

The service was terrible and the hotel was selling packaged water bottle for 60 rupees even when the printed rate was 20. Very unprofessional, no food available in restaurant and breakfast was very bad

It was safe and hassle free property. Nice and clean room. Nothing extra hidden charges and staff was polite even.

It's not a clarks inn standard hotel. Don't fall for the name. It is over priced as per the standards and services provided

My stay was wonderful in arjun clarks inn. Stay is so supportive and kind. They also helped us with other facilities too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Pathetic rooms with such a bad smell that you cant even breathe, toilets are so so dirty that its actually horrifying. Very less staff they have and the way they serve the food is terrible. Extremely dirty n bad property
