We had been there for a 3 day program
Washroom very dirty, ambience is very horrible none of the staff is caring about it, after several request also, no avail not working, no room cleaning, got towel and toiletries after several reminders, this is not at per MMT standard, overall it's a very bad experience with MMT.

Nice stay
Location is good, easily reachable from Alambagh bus stand . All necessary things are available in near by area. over all nice stay

Pathetic experience
When I came to check-in into the hotel they asked me for extra money to stay. And I stood at reception for 1 hrs but they didn't give me entry.There washroom was pathetic. never select this hotel to stay otherwise you will suffer a lot.

Bad experience
I got the booking confirmed from MMT. But when I reached the hotel, the hotel's staff denied us to check in. He said with this tariff we can't allow you to stay here. I was socked. With the intervention of Oyo finally, we were allowed to check in. Since I need an early check in so I have been charged. If my total booking amount as an early check-in charge. Unprofessional uneducated and men without manner staff we had experience at the hotel. I don't want to give even a single star. Shame.

Unorganized and poor ambiance
Staff was though polite but bot that professional. House keeping staff was very unprofessional. Less spacious as per the specification mentioned. We need to respect our guest and yes they should do it in both intentional and unintentional way. These hotels can really do very well but they lack this because of untrained professional and this matters a lot.

Professionalism was missing
It was less than ok stay. Staff was though polite but bot that professional. House keeping staff was very unprofessional. Less spacious as per the specification mentioned. Makemytrip my trip should do random audit of these hotels before allowing them to add any fake specifications. These hotels can really do very well but they untrained professional. And this matters a lot.

Not managed staff
soloI stayed this hotel, not any charging plug in this room. You can't charge your cell phone and laptop. The hotel staff is not professionally managed takes too much time in check in.

Some suggestion for management food is too much costly in Hotel so please budget food available in Hotel otherwise everything is good
