Review Of Raj Sea Front Beach Resort | Rooms & Kitchen

Pros: 1. Rooms are very big and spacious and also, relatively clean. No complaints. 2. View: View from balcony is mesmerising. The beach is hardly 30-40 mts away. 3. Staff is courteous as well. Cons: 1. Poorly maintained rooms. Even the balcony door which ia their selling point area is rusted and stuck. It takes quite an effort to slide open or close. Even the railing has come off at a few points. 2. The only toiletries you get is soap. No shampoo or toothpaste. However that is ok as we always carry these with us. Shower head does not work, you need to use bucket for bathing. 3. The resort is in a remote area and they dont have even water bottles in the property, forget the tea. So if you feel like having tea, you need to walk 1 km. Hotel management should provide some tea bags and creamer atleast when they have provided the kettle as without these, kettle is useless. 4. The A/C is difficult to operate. You meed to take the remote close to AC to make it respond and still you cant get the desired temp. 5. Zomato and Swiggy are the only options for eating and they charge premium charges for delivery. The restaurants close to property (min 800 mts away) dont have good reviews so we did not order from there. Here is the feedback about the beach. The beach in front of the property is secluded but dirty. Littering all over the place. Probably this is the reason you dont have crowd here. It is more of fishing beach than a tourist place. There is no restaurant around. There is no life guard also so go into water on your own risk. The Hosabettu beach which is 1 km away from here is much cleaner. Verdict: You can skip this place if you have come for the beach vacation. This is just good enough for lodging, dont expect too much.

Located far away from city. Manager was very rude. Beach was very dirty. No amenities available. Room service was very bad. Too much restrictions and undue interference of manager. If you want to ruin your vacations, stay in this property

1. Roaches in toilet 2. Bed are not good additional beds are pathetic 3. No proper drinking water / must get own bottled water 4. No food available / restaurant near by are not good 5. Patch marks of paint across room. Have not taken pictures

The stay was nice, the staff was nice and approachable. It's a resort with a sea facing balcony, only few rooms are there. Ac rooms are big enough, a small fridge, microwave, and water were provided. Just walkable distance from the sea. The sea isn't that crowded and free to roam around. Shower is also available for cleaning the sand post beach visit. Parking is available. They don't provide breakfast/lunch/dinner which they should. Though zomato/swiggy and hotel service is there, in-house options should be available. The delivery minimum takes 30-45mins to arrive.

Except the view from balcony, everything else is average. Tv and bed orientation is completely flawed. Bed and mattress are low quality and below standards. Can’t call it as a home stay as even coffee and tea services are not available

Hotel is at hardly 50m from the beach. Sea view from balcony. Room was quite big with oven, kettle, fridge given. The location is a bit remote.

The rooms were spacious and overlooking the beach. Very ordinary rooms lacking cleanliness and basic hygiene. The linen was poor in quality, furniture provided was of cheap and poor quality, the bathroom was of very poor standard. No cups were provided in the rooms. Overall nothing great for the price except the location. The pictures posted on the website are misleading. Rated much below par property.

It's a dream to stay in a property but it's very expensive

We are very happy as it is luxury and beach view hotel with good amenities. Staff was nice n polite. Rooms were clean n hygiene. Hotel is near to panambur beach. I will be happy to recommend and book in advance to get less price

little bit far the city but very close to beach. no places nearby to eat but thanks to swiggy and Zomato. property is nice and nice view of the ocean

Pros - 1. Sea view from balcony 2. 1 min walk to sea beach 3. Quite and secluded place 4. Helpful caretaker cons - 1. No food will be provided even the ordered food from different restaurant (sadananda) was not good.

Room was very well maintained and hygiene friendly staffs view of beach was awesome which relax your mind, we enjoyed a lot

Great sea view, fantastic balcony facing the sea and pvt too. Well maintained property. Food has to be ordered by swiggy or nearby hotels. Polite cooperative room boy dais. No elevator access to top floor. Linen would have been better

It’s nice homestay on a beach in a small village, has nice bright and big rooms overlooking beach, ground floor ha parking, first floor has two two bedroom suits and second floor has four one room sets, rooms are big, property can improve in providing some basic cutlery n crockery in the room so that ordered food can be eaten conveniently and can also consider providing team making kit at room, they do have kettle and plates.

Near to city nice location, support guy is good one

It is located at the best location, there is a beach right outside and you can see the beach from the bedroom, lying down its mesmerizing.
