Staying facilities are good, good serves & easy to access for each activities

L booked this hotel based on its good ratings, but i was disappointed. First, this hotel charges rs 300 walk-in for the room that i paid rs. The room i got was indeed a rs 300 room and nota rs room. Bedsheet and pillow covers were torn, no hot water, no wifi, no western toilet, no power backup during load-shedding (yes, that happened during my stay of less than 12 hours, run down furniture. See photos attached. When i asked for drinking water, the owner showed a tap, which i'm sure is not drinking water. The only two positives are a lift and many places to eat in the neighborhood. I will never return here ever again and advice others to avoid this dump.

First time am went nagercoil and stayed at rv lodge very nice stay, comfortable stay, even this low cost they provide 24 hrs lift service for 4 floors. I never ever seen lift in low budget hotels. I am very happy, this month end also planning to stay in same hotel. Near by good healthy food available, center of the city. Good stay.
