Review Of Quite Good House (Suite Hotel)

As I had to leave early, I wanted breakfast around 7:30. Unfortunately, even at 8 pm I couldn't get a tea and a sandwich. Other than this, it was a very good experience.

The service was pathetic and for breakfast which I paid, was given only with 2 Parathas and Tea. Really unsatisfied (Requesting call back from MMT)

I booked three rooms and took the 1 room in early check-in by giving extra amount. At 1:15 my parents came but we got only 1 room instead of 2 as the previous customer didn't check out. We waited for around 1.5 hours but they didn't provide the third room and the 2 rooms which they had provided there were no water in the washroom geysers were not working, no bathmat, charging point not working and they tried to manage 1 bucket water for 6 members and we had to go to some pooja function and we didn't bath because of the hotel issue. The problem is they didn't provide the 3rd room and Manager of the hotel is not ready to accept the mistake, denied providing a refund. Request you to blacklist this hotel. Otherwise, every customer will suffer like this. Manager has no manners how to talk to customers and the next morning also there was no water in the washrooms.

Great would love to stay again

I would describe my stay in the suite room for 4 days in pros and cons. Pros: very clean hotel, well kept rooms, polite staff, clean toilets, very good bed and clutter-free room decor. Cons: no morning tea or coffee till 9.30 am, as the hotel depends on the traditional doodhwaala to get milk. No coffee sachets or tea bags in room. An electric kettle is provided but you have to hey your own milk, coffee or tea bags if you want an early morning coffee or tea. With this experience, I never tried ordering food as the staff was honest to tell us that they have no kitchen. The road opposite the hotel is dug up, so you will face difficulty in carrying heavy baggage into the hotel. If the situation as described prevails, the hotel will shut down and the reputation of MMT will also make a dent. MMT should remove this hotel from its list. Final comment- avoid this place if you are with a family. Good enough for a day's stay.

Except for the quality of room, everything was horrible right from the breakfast quality/variety, room service. They have very limited staff who are very rude. The only good thing is the property is new and the rooms are good.

The location of the hotel is near radisson hotel, sohna road and the property is very conveniently located near small shopping malls and plenty of food joints. The only downside is the food availability within the hotel as at times for morning tea you have to wait for hours.

Stay was comfortable but there has been always an issue with breakfast. As most of the time they serve breakfast with very limited option which are also not up to the mark.

The room was neat and clean. Staff was polite and soft spoken. Since it doesn't have a kitchen, getting food takes a lot of time. The cable doesn't have english channels, so be ready to compromise on entertainment and even news. Perfect Hotel if you just want to stay.

I was very disappointed that my room was changed in 15 minutes after I checked in. The room I was moved to, had broken TV. I called up reception many times regarding this in 2 nights of my stay there, they just said they'll check it but didn't do anything. Room was ok. Should have been a little more cleaner.

Room is good but most of the amenities mentioned at the time of booking aren't available. Room service and food facility is pathetic.

We traveled for a overnight stay and were very satisfied with the room size and cleanliness. It's a nice property with a market nearby. The service was a bill on the lopsided end as the morning tea came a good 30 minutes after we ordered it. Overall a comfortable and clean stay option even for a family.

Good location all over Good

Improper facilities, television was broken of our room, didn't receive the breakfast which was included in our booking and no arrangement for the driver's stay.
