I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. The view was beautiful and the staff were very polite. The owner was kind and helpful too. They guided us to the hotel and were patient throughout our stay. The food was delicious and met all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our experience here.

Pristine Edge offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with a good host and quality food. The house is well-furnished, new, and maintained with care. It’s located in a peaceful, tucked-away area not far from Kasauli, with the added convenience of available parking. While the property itself is commendable, especially for its hospitality and setting, the amenities could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience. Additionally, while the location is scenic and serene, I personally found Kasauli underwhelming as a destination. Ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat rather than sightseeing-heavy plans.

Average place with very poor access
We visited the property with high expectations, drawn by its excellent reviews and an impressive rating of over 4.7. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite underwhelming. The property itself is rather ordinary. One of the rooms allotted to us had a leaking ceiling, which became apparent as soon as it began to rain shortly after our check-in. Although the staff responded and arranged an alternative room within 30 minutes, the replacement room lacked a proper door bolt, raising concerns about safety and privacy. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the accessibility. The property is located approximately 1 km from the main road, accessible only via a very narrow lane. The road is so tight that it becomes extremely difficult—if not impossible—for two vehicles to pass each other. This makes commuting in and out of the hotel particularly stressful. Once checked in, guests may feel restricted from leaving the premises until checkout due to the tense and inconvenient approach road. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the food quality was commendable. While the service and dining were appreciable, the overall experience did not match the high expectations .

Excellent Stay
I had a really nice stay in pristine edge. The property is really well made and rooms are very comfy. I booked their sunset studio room and it was worth it. View from room's balcony was amazing and i could get an outstanding view of sunset in the evening. Staff is well behaved and was very helpful throughout the stay. Their food is really good as well. I would recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful stay away from the crowd. . Is my review recorded. Will i get 9% discount?

Clean and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Prestine Edge Kasauli. Very nice and cooperative nature of owner, view from the hotel is awesome. I feel so great and happy in the lap of the nature. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.

We had an amazing time in hotel pres-tine edge. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
