Highly recommended stay. Great experience
familyI am currently staying here and can not hold myself from adding the review before completing the stay, the experience has been so good. 1. They really value customer's experience even before they come here. I received personal message from the staff much before my check-in time with a welcome message, shared to location and proximity details, enquired about my expected arrival time, shared the wifi and other required details and helped me out without me having to contact them. Such was the start of my experience with primo even before check in. 2. Location - you have to ride uphill from main road to manali, and it's a narrow road. But most of the hotels are here and it will only be a problem if someone is not a good driver for hills. We didn't face any issues in reaching here. 3. Parking- we faced no issue with parking here. 4. Service - amazing. While we were parking, the attendants from primo came out themselves and helped us with our luggage and parking. 5. Check in - very smooth. Took less than 5 min and we were on way to outer room. Welcome drink was also served. 6. Room - they are spacious. But the best part was that an extra clean and properly placed mattress was already there as we were 2 adults and 1 kid travel-ling to manali and i had not requested for extra bed. So that was an unexpected but amazing gesture. Thank you to primo! 7. Food- great. I had not opted for buffet as we were unsure of our arrival time, so we thought we might have to take dinner even before reaching primo, but we reached well on time, but decided to go for a-la carte. Veg dishes were very tasty. And breakfast option are great as well. From american to indian breakfast choices. Overall. I would recommend it!

Excellent experience
Stayed in this resort for 4 days for the manali trip. It's was an amazing experience staying here be it spacious room, balcony with mesmerizing mountain views, and co-operative and well behaved staff especially prince and resort owner. Felt like at home. Would definitely recommend every one to go for it.

Nice family resort
The rooms are big enough for a family and balcony views are amazing. Some faucets were bit loose otherwise a great place to stay and service is also very nice. Highly recommended

Unpleasant stay with poor food quality
During my stay it was highly unpleasant stay with poor quality of food served with limited options in buffet menu for which they charged much higher than normal value. Also the location is quite far from the city. Also there was only one option of non veg menu with no starters for veg and non veg. Taste of the deserts is pathetic for which i complained during my stay. Overall it was poor experience with respect to food and price of the hotel.

The hotel was located in good place. The view of these hotel is awesome and hotel service was too good also hotel staff was very helpful. I really appreciate the hotel was very clean and neat.

Good hotel
coupleHad a pleasant stay at primo resort, manali. Room was spacious with mountain covered with snow, looks you are next to heaven. Staffs were well behaved, reception was flowless, food was awesome. Only one negative point is that they don't serve himachali thali

Perfect stay with great view
Stay at hotel was very good. We really enjoyed great view from the hotel room it was perfect. I would really like to thanks front desk manager mr b. S thakur ji who helped us in arranging all necessary thing starting from checkin checkout and transportation. Really gem in nature. Would really recommended to visit this property for view and supporting staff.
