Review Of Hotel Prini Palace

I booked 2 rooms by make my trip.On the day of check in , we checked in around 9.30 pm in both rooms. Rooms were cold and damp and on basement. We asked for different rooms then only one room we got that to on 2nd floor. That means half family members on basement and half on 2nd floor. Hotel staff didn't give two rooms on same floor. And worst was ours payment was done in advance. Manager told to cancel the booking if we didn't like the rooms and that too at 9.30 pm and we were with one senior citizen and 2 kids. we faced so may problems. Food was poor quality and room service was ok. also in first day, reception area and nearby area had liquor smell.

Worst stay . Not a good suggestion for manali stay . Please stay away and book some other hotel ...

Good rooms, but very bad service. They don’t even have water bottles, when asked the guy at reception about the breakfast, he just didn’t answer and so no breakfast too. The phones in rooms were not working and for everything you had to go down to reception and ask. And no matter what you ask, they didn’t have anything, no drinking water, no food, no hot water

Package i got from mmt was way expensive than the actual prices of property around 8000 charged extra in this package

Exceptional hospitality from kisalay and sharad. Perfect stay for your vacation. Good staff and rooms are very spacious with beautiful view of rohtang mountains

Best place to stay in manali. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

i must congratulate your hotel for the kind of experience you provide guests. the rooms are huge, the view is breathtaking, the food was delicious and the staff was always polite. i will always remember waking up to the view of Rohtang from my window. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Had an amazing experience at prini palace. Absolutely loved staying here. The view from the balcony was stunning. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good food. Staff is really courteous. Special thanks to mr kisalay for making the whole experience great and highly recommendable.

Hi everyone, stay was quite well but the food option were less the items we want was not available bad experience in service of food, overall experience was awesome

They are providing nothing in the name of buffet, only puri and tea nothing else staff denied cleaning on daily basis,

Location and Food is Awesome , but you need to be aware of the staffs and keep your stuffs safely

It was amazing fun. staffs are too polite to everyone. adding to this food are also awesome 🤩.
